I'm a newly graduated Alexander technique teacher, a baroque violinist, a mother and the heart behind The Pause and Reflect Project.

Since my early twenties I have been on a search for what I thought was my happiness. This search saw me change career, from the corporate IT world to the freelance musician world, change continent, from the vast and expansive Antipodes to central Europe, change status, from maiden to mother of two and most recently, change focus, from baroque violinist to Alexander technique teacher.

What I have discovered on my path is that there is no endpoint to this search and happiness is simply a byproduct. It is this very searching and letting go, that brings meaning and richness to my life.
